After paying, tap “I have sent the money” on your order page, and we email you as soon as we have confirmed it. There is no pop-up on your phone; you pay from the M-PESA menu.

Placing an order holds your piece for 60 minutes. Orders placed late at night are held until the morning. If the money has not come through by then, the piece goes back on sale. Once you tap “I have sent the money” we hold it while we check.

Yes. Pay the same Paybill and send us your M-PESA message. Ordering on the website is fastest, because it holds the piece for you straight away so nobody else can buy it while you pay.

We are an online shop. Every piece is photographed and measured so you can shop with confidence from wherever you are.

Yes. After your payment is confirmed we email you a KSh 150 thank-you code for your next order. It is valid for 30 days on full-price pieces.

Every Tuesday and Friday. Pay before 1pm on a dispatch day and your order goes out that same day. Need it faster? Send your own Uber Boda or Bolt to pick it up from us in Syokimau, and we agree the details on WhatsApp.

Collection in Nairobi CBD is KSh 145. Any Pick Up Mtaani agent around Nairobi, including the Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos estates, is KSh 245. Agents around Mombasa are KSh 305. Doorstep delivery and couriers are quoted on WhatsApp. You see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.

Pick Up Mtaani holds parcels at the agent for a limited time, currently about 4 days. They change this from time to time, so check their latest terms. We email you as soon as your parcel is ready. Bring the Pick Up Mtaani message or your ID when you collect.

WhatsApp us as soon as you know, the earlier the better. If a parcel is not collected in that time, the agent sends it back to the Pick Up Mtaani warehouse to free up space. We can have it sent out again to an agent you choose, and the delivery fee for that second trip is yours. Once a parcel has overstayed, we cannot be responsible if it goes missing at the agent, so please collect in good time.

No. Almost everything is one of one, so when it sells it is gone. A new drop lands every two weeks. Leave your size below and we will email you when something lands in it.
