We deliver every Tuesday and Friday, countrywide.
Pick Up Mtaani
Your order is dropped at the Pick Up Mtaani agent nearest to you. Collection in Nairobi CBD is KSh 145. Any agent around Nairobi, including the Kiambu, Kajiado and Machakos estates, is KSh 245. Agents around Mombasa are KSh 305. You see the exact fee at checkout before you pay.
Collect your parcel within Pick Up Mtaani’s holding time. It is currently about 4 days, but they change it from time to time, so check their latest terms. We email you as soon as your parcel lands. Bring the Pick Up Mtaani message or your ID. If a parcel is not collected in that time, the agent sends it back to the Pick Up Mtaani warehouse to free up space. We can have it sent out again to an agent you choose, and the delivery fee for that second trip is yours. Once a parcel has overstayed, we cannot be responsible if it goes missing at the agent, so please collect in good time.
Search for your nearest agent right at checkout, or browse the official list below.
